Double Boiled Chicken and Vegetable Soup with Bamboo Pith, Fish Maw and Sun-dried Scallops
Flavorful and sweet-tasting nutritious soup. The soup is rich but not greasy. This wholesome soup is available in Rich and Affluent Set.
Stewed Affluent Chicken with Dried Seafood and Chinese Herb
Tender and superbly flavored stewed chicken. Every bite exudes the scent of herbs. You can find this in Rich and Affluent Set and Fortune and Longevity Set.
Oven-Baked Fresh Water Prawns with Chefs Signature Sauce
Delicious and its flavor are remarkably fresh. Only available Fortune and Longevity Set.
Steamed Fish Cod Fillets with Chinese Herb in Congee Soup
Instead of using soy sauce, in Ti Chen, you will get to eat steamed cod fish with congee sauce. Yes, it is porridge! Grab this in Fortune and Longevity Set.
Braised Abalone 5 Head, Dried Seafood Cake and Fatt Choy with Green Vegetable
This abalone is just a little chewy but it’s got a distinct flavor. Available in Fortune and Longevity Set.
Steamed Golden Fish Chinese New Year Cake with Grated Coconut
The beautiful carp-shaped Nian Gao with freshly grated coconut. One is never enough and the taste of the steamed Nian Gao is so delicious and not overly sweet. Perfect for Chinese New Year celebration. Available in Fortune and Longevity Set.
Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Yuzu Sorbet
This dessert is a BIG yes for us. It is irresistibly tasty with citrusy-floral essence of yuzu fruit. Available in Fortune and Longevity Set.
The meal packages are offered with a bottle of Jacob’s Creek Shiraz or Free Flow of Soft Drinks for three hours.
The Rich and Affluent Set and the Fortune and Longevity Set specifically comes with One Bottle of Glenlivet Captain’s Reserve or One Bottle of Berry Bros. and Rudd Classic Sherry Cask.
This year’s Lunar New Year menu will be made available exclusively for their guests from 8th January till 8th February 2020 from 12 pm – 3 pm (lunch) and 6 pm – 10 pm (dinner).
Ti Chen will be open daily during the festive period (except on 25th January 2020).

As an extension to the Chinese New Year festivities, the Saujana Hotel will proudly host a lion dance performance in the lobby area on 30th January at 10:30 am. The performance will feature exciting acrobatic stunts followed by an animated lion dance with thundering drums and cymbals to evict evil spirits and summon good luck for the New Year.
