Tea Lover: Taste the Best of Britain, Tetley Since 1837

Spend some time to know more about tea with Tea Master, Sebastian Michaelis who could taste out any tea just by slurps out loud. Thanks to Tetley’s invitation to this amazing event, ‘Art of Tea Blending’ and Tea Tasting.

Tetley – 1,000 different teas tasting per day to determine their suitability

Tetley is the second-largest tea bag brand in the world and the group was acquired by the Tata Group in the year 2000. The Tata Group is one of India’s oldest, largest and most respected business conglomerates

“Here at Tetley, we believe that all good things start with a cup of tea, be it a good day, a good conversation, or just a plain good time.
It’s why we are passionate about making sure our teas are blended to perfection, every step of the way from crop to cup.
Having been in the tea business since 1837, we are excited to now be part of the tea-drinking experience here in Malaysia, and look forward to introducing even more exciting products to Malaysians in the future.” Said Rajat Kumar, Global Head – Business Development of Tata Global Beverages, which owns the Tetley brand.

It was an honored to learn about tea from The Tetley Tea Master, Sebastian Michaelis

Never re-boil the water before making the tea as re-boiling could kill much natural nutrition and in the result, it just can’t make a good cup of tea anymore.
