Lately we (the bloggers – Racheal, Carmen, Kathy & Pui Yee) were treated by Mr Ivan, the owner of Lucky Sichuan on their famous Authentic Szechuan Steamboat whereby they hired chefs from Sichuan.

So handle your tounge with care and those spicy lover, definitely this won’t beat you however you can request for extra spicy.
