Lincoln Burger comes with the rare patty which was our first time indulging it – Cortland Wild Hogs (Wild Boar Patty). Do you know that compare with the normal porky burger, wild boar has loads of good nutrition and is very high in protein? The wild boar patty is sweet, nutty and has a pleasantly distinctive flavor.
Since is two layered burger, so we had Wilkes Barre Beef as the second patty in our Lincoln Burger.
Washington Burger is the second burger we had tried. and the patty we had was the Easton Chicken patty. The patties wrapped in a comforting blanket of goey cheddar cheese and also jalapeno sauce. Truly Heaven!!
Cowboy Ribs & Grill
Let’s move one to our most favorite food – The ribs. Probably the best ribs in town!!
All ribs are baked and grilled to perfection and served with grilled corn on the cob, jacket potato, sauerkraut, roasted garlic prune & apple compote. Pick the sauce of your choice
Laramie Whole Slab Ribs – drool-worthy pork ribs. The meat is so soft, tender and the taste are simply delicious.
Scottsbluff Smoked Veal Wild Hogs – the wild boar ribs!! This is much bigger, more juicer and more delicious than the usual pork rib. Surprisingly the meat is also soft and tender. Just pull it off with your hand without the knife, the meat just fell in place.
For sure you will enjoy this sumptuous feast at the center of the table too.
Greybull Smoked Spare Ribs – the tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned beef ribs. As succulent as brisket and the most decadent beef ribs we had.
Columbus – Traditional Fish and Chips

Goldhill – Panko Crusted Cod Fish
