With the creation from Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Chong Chan Hoo, each dish was executed with skill and subtlety, to bring out the ingredients’ natural flavors and textures.
This is also our very first time to have Yee Sang with Lobster Meat, Black Truffle, and shredded Crystal Pear.
The menus showcase festive hits such as:-
- Braised Dried Scallops Soup with with Eight Treasures, Dried Seafood and Sea Moss.
- Roasted Duck served with Pineapple, Mango, Cucumber and Rojak Sauce.
- Steamed Cod Fish with Black Fungus, Red Dates and Fresh Bean Curd.
- Wok Fried Fresh Water Prawn with Supreme Butter Sauce served in Claypot.
- Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Dried Oyster and Garden Greens.
- Wok fried ‘Shanghai’ Rice Cake with Assorted Seafood and Chef’s Seasonal Sauce.
- Double Boiler Red Dates, Lemongrass and Ginger Tea with Glutinous Rice Ball.
- Steamed Traditional ‘Nian Gao’ with Shredded Coconut
Happy Reunion Set priced for a table of 10 are RM1,7988nett, RM1,988nett and RM2,298nett. Each dinner set is inclusive of a bottle of Standard House Wine or Chinese Tea Gift Set.
