The Olive Restaurant and Bar Lounge, having won the Best Golden Cauldron Award at MIGF 2012 and 70 other MIGF awards since 2007.
Helmed by Chef Radzuan Hamzah, who has been at The Olive since its inception in 2005.
The Olive with a cozy and elegant ambiance truly welcome its guest to taste its sophisticated menu of recipe, wines, whiskeys, and cigars.

Appetizer: A5 Miyazaki beef in puff pastry served with honey mustad, and micro cress salad. Best pairing with Domaine Chandon Brut Rose NV.

Starter: Poached lobster with seaweed sauce, red currant and topped with smoked herring caviar. Best pairing with Jean Philippe Marchand Saint Romain “Sous le Chateau” 2011

Soup: Le Tourin d’oil doux garlic soup
Main Course: Scottish Salmon intermingled with beeswax-infused ginger, raspberry-lemon glazed, asparagus and apple chops. Best pairing with a glass of Joseph Drouhin Beaujolais-Villages 2013.
Desserts: Hazelnut financier with chocolate chips, soft cremeux, and vanilla-soft caramel. Lovely to pair with Armagnac 18 ans Gelas.
