Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Wheel Pasta is completely natural and fresh pasta, using only gluten free homemade pasta or known as Fresh Durum Pasta Wholemeal. This pasta allows the diners to taste the highest quality pasta in the market.

The King of Cheese pasta comes with 3 selections, beef bacon, trio mushroom and grilled salmon.

Appetizer: Fresh Salmon Trout Carpaccio

This is the highly recommended dish for an appetizer as it was really appetizing. A very thinly sliced salmon was so fresh and literally melted in the mouth. Topped off with green salad and mushroom and balsamic dressing on the side for extra zing.

Teriyaki Fresh Salmon

Fresh Salmon Trout seared on the hot pan glazed with teriyaki sauce. Enjoyed the juicy salmon and crunchy skin on it just complete my palate. The salmon side served with mashed potato and pan seared vegetable.

3-Ribs Grilled Australian Rack of Lamb

Medium cooked lamb grilled with herbs and aromatic spices that go perfectly with rosemary sauce. Served with grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and black pepper sauce.

Seafood Platter

Don’t miss out this seafood platter. Seafood platter can be shared with a group of 4 to 6 people and goes perfectly with a glass of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir and Merlot.
