The new Mighty Monster at MyTown Shopping Centre had their Grand Opening on 16 March 2018. It is an honor for being invited by Bella Jamal to taste the new signature dish by Mighty Monster.

Three pieces of Japanese Charcoal Chicken barbecue skewers served with gado-gado peanut sauce

Crab Croquetas

Italian style crab croquettes served with creamy salted egg yolk sauce

Truffle Mac & Cheese

Classic mac & cheese made with cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella topped with a hint of truffle

BBQ Pulled Lamb Shoulder

Pulled lamb shoulder slow cooked for 12 hours, the very own Mighty Monster BBQ sauce served with free pea puree, polenta chips, and fresh red radish.

Cured Salmon Fillet

in-house miso cured salmon fillet served with creamy potato mash, yellow and green zucchini threads served with crunchy parmesan tuile.

Monster Burger

Homemade signature beef brisket patty, creamy mac, and cheese, sunny-side up egg with a secret sauce in between the charcoal bun. Side served with rustic potato.

Hulk-Smashed

Smashed avocado, confit cherry tomatoes, poached eggs and cucumber multigrain turmeric toast.

Peking Duck Gyoza

Deep fried gyoza stuffed with shredded Peking duck served alongside a spicy hoisin sauce.

Spicy Asian Scrambled Eggs

Creamy Scrambled eggs mixed with dashi and chili flakes. Served with a warm butter croissant, bonito flakes, fried shallots, and paw paw salad.

Calamari and Watermelon Salad

Compressed watermelon infused with rose water. Served with crispy calamari rings, mint leaves, baby spinach, and salsa verde drizzled with sesame dressing.

Dulce Le  Leche Lava Cake

Lava cake made of traditional South American caramel served. Served together with milk crumble, flambe banana compote and lavender ice cream.

Sweet Escape

A slice of housemade fruit bread with berry gel, mixed berries, pretzels, banana chips coconut crumble on peanut butter sauce.

Soon, the second outlet of Mighty Monster shall be opening soon at IPC, Kota Damansara in the month of June 2018. Besides, they weill also launch Monster Coffee Lab which is one of their quick service restaurant concept.
