Each set comes with Sang Har Noodles, Live Fish, Traditional Almond Chicken with Udang Galah Paste & Fish Paste, Stir Fried Asparagus with Japan Scallops in Black Truffle Paste, Mango Pomelo Sago, and Premium Tea in Pot.
Starter Duo: Honey Squid & Salted Pumpkin. The best to have as a starter.


The Honey Squid is so flavorful, crispy, and not too sweet.
The Crispy fried pumpkin with salted egg yolk is a savory dish that’s bursting with flavor.
Sang Har Noodles – Fresh Prawns Noodles

In Galah Gala, they only serve top-grade udang galah imported from India. They serve U3 udang galah which is weighted at 350 grams per prawn. (U2 is weighted at 500 grams per prawn)
Steamed Brown Marble Grouper in Superior Sauce 龙虎斑

Using the finest ingredients in cooking to maintain the freshness of the live fish.
Double-boiled Premium Seafood Broth

Traditional almond chicken with udang galah paste and fish paste serve with sour plum sauce. Tender inside and crispy outside. So delicious!
