Every Tuesday and Friday, air-flown mystery box will be delivered to Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine. Chefs will receive a mystery without knowing what kind of fish will be received.
Compared to local market fishes, this special air-flown fishes from Japan were unique. The sea water and climate in Japan plays an important role in the quality and taste of the fish. There are Kamasu, Kinmedai, Kurodai, live scallop and much more.
