Dry Udon with Mixing Noodle Sauce (Halal) | Recipe

Making a dry version noodle is not complicated as you see at the food stall. Today I would like to share my dry udon (Japanese Noodle) using a very simple recipe.

Dry Udon with only 4 ingredients (without meat)

Firstly all you need of course is a packet of Udon. Can be bought at any hypermarket.

Secondly, of course, the Garlic and Onion.

Then followed by the mushroom of your choice.

Lastly, never forget to try this Mixing Noodles. No sugar or salt needed anymore!

p/s: Ingredients is kinda flexible and can be added according to your preference!


  1. In a wok or frying pan, heat oil on high. Add in garlic and stir until fragrance.
  2. Then, add noodle, mushroom and onion to wok and stir-fry 3-4 mins. Add 1/4 cup water, and Mixing Noodle sauce and cook 1-2 more mins. Toss until well combined and heated through. Serve with extra chili pepper and spring onion (If require)
