Let’s stimulate your appetite before any main meals with Kerabu Ayam Cendawan, Kerabu Daging Salai, Kerabu Mangga and much more.
The signature dish you should not miss is the Nasi Dagang – a dish from Chef Man’s Kampung. Don’t miss also the juicy and tender smoked honey grilled beef with grilled pineapples.
Iftar without roasted lamb is never a complete one. TRACE serves roasted lamb ‘percik’ with briyani rice and condiments.
Besides the popular kuih muih as well as cakes, mousse, and creme brulee, not to be missed also the warm Serawa Durian with Arabic bread.
