Citarasa Malaysia brings you more than 100 traditional dishes
This year, The Federal Kuala Lumpur featuring the ever-lasting favorites from Tunku’s Kitchen belonging to Malaysia’s first Prime Minister, Y.T.M. Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al Haj.
There are 8 menus to rotate daily. Ikan Goreng Serai, Sambal Udang Petai and Daging Kicap & Kacan Pis are from the Tunku’s Kitchen.
The team and Chefs have prepared a sumptuous barbeque buffet dinner spread of authentic Kampung delicacies and traditional delights complemented with favorite local flavors.
The scrumptious buffet offers varieties of local and continental savories to stir your palate.
The Appetizers
Let’s start off your Iftar with the Western Cold Cut.
Chinese Cold Platter.
Kerabu Mangga Muda, Kerabu Taugeh, Kerabu Kacang Panjang, Kerabu Sotong and much more. There are 12 types of kerabu inclusive of Kerabu Nasi.
The local favorite appetizer suzh as Pulut Kuning, Gado-Gado, Ulam-Ulam Kampung, Rojak Buah, Lemang, Ketupat dengan Serunding, Acar-acar and much more
Ikan Kukus and Bendi Sambal Belacan are the most loveable dish by all diners.
Selection of salted fish to pair with any dish during Iftar. Truly appetizing!
Sushi and Sashimi are available too for Iftar.
Action Stalls
The action stalls with the concept gerai-gerai makanan style are set up beside the poolside complete with pelita and lights to further hike up the festive atmosphere.
The stalls include Sup Gearbox/Sup Campur, Lamb & Chicken with Lebanese bread or pita bread, Murtabak Kari Ayam, Roti Canai, Rojak Sotong Kangkung, Assorted Dim Sum plus the Kontiki’s Teh Tarik and Ice Cream.
