Before the food was served, we started off with Apéritifs to stimulate our appetite.
Amuse-bouche
Literally means “mouth amuser” that serves along with wine or Apéritifs. Not as usual appetizer, Amuse-Bouche is not in the menu and is served free from the chef.
Soupe à l’oignon (RM15)
Roasted onions and brown chicken stock soup with loads of bacon, served with a baked Emmental and baguette hat.
Salade de crottin de chèvre (RM24-S RM34-XL)
One of our most favorite salad with goat cheese. Tossed salad with vinaigrette and pork bacon bits. Served along with baked matured goat cheese on baguette stick topped with honey and black pepper.
Pates & Terrines
Terrine de campagne (RM16). Country-style pork terrine served with gherkin and onion jam
Terrine de saumon (RM22). Salmon terrine served with cocktail sauce and basil dressing.
A basket of warm baguette is served together with terrine.
Mains
Grilled chicken with goat cheese (from Set Meal)
Loup de mer au safran (RM43). Pan-fried seabass fillet with a saffron creamy sauce.
Desserts
ile flottante (RM11). A dessert of French origin. Soft meringue floating island on an egg and vanilla custard.
Mousse au Chocolat (RM12). 62% Dhana dark chocolate mousse. This classic French Chocolate Mousse is incredibly delicious!
