It was a great honor to be invited to witness the cooking demonstration by Chef Emmanuel and Chef Erich on the versatile California Raisins in a four-course dinner.
Culinary Gourmet Recipes with California Raisins
Chef Emmanuel, the Belgian’s 2-star Michelin celebrity chef who started his culinary since 16 years old. Before opening his first outlet at Singapore called Saint Pierre, he notably hosted the AFC change for many years.
We were so lucky for given the opportunity to witness his scrumptious creation.
We were also get to witnessed the live cooking from Chef Erich Anton Roos. He is a Swiss national with 40 tested of culinary and international working experience. He is currently based in Bangkok as a consultant and strategic planning for kitchen training needs in international hotel chains.
Chef Erich presented his yummy creation, the Symphony of California Raisins which consisting of:-

About the Raisin Administrative Committee (RAC):
The Raisin Administrative Committee is a non-profit organization led by 47 growers, packers and a public member. The RAC is directly overseen by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and was created in 1949 as a result of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937.
RAC’s headquarters is in downtown Fresno, California. It collects and distributes delivery data weekly and shipment data monthly, publishes an annual report of industry statistics and policies, actively and directly markets into 18 foreign nations, and collaborates with the USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service.
