If you are looking for firm texture and moist appearance pepper coulis fish fillet, Bon Appetit has it here. A tasty sauce made from red bell peppers that goes very well with fish.

Salmon Steak & Lemon Caviar

Perfect pan-seared salmon with crispy skin, moist and tender flesh with lemon caviar. The flavors of lemon caviar really complement the fish.
