Finally, I will see my brother and his family this upcoming Chinese New Year. We have not seen each other since the pandemic started until today.
I’m going to bake some special and delicious cookies with Lurpak for him and my little nephew.
To bake 40 pieces of cookies
- 125g LURPAK Salted Butter
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 1 Whole Egg
- 175g Low Protein Flour
- ¾ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Sodium Bicarbonate
- 100g Whole Almond with skin (toasted, roughly chopped)
- 115g Dry Chicken Floss
