This succulent rib has the extra flavors from there bone after roast and boosts the rich mellow sweetness in the meat.
Grab a plate of appetizing caesar salad with 24-months Iberico Ham, Anchovies, and Cured Yolk.
One of our favorite dish. Foie gras is a luxury food product made of the liver of a duck or goose that has been specially fattened.
At AGED, Foie Gras is served with Apple Raisins, Choc Balsamic, and Lime Jelly. The taste is marvelous.
Superb soft and tender chicken breast served with Mushroom Sauce, Polenta, Apricot, Honey Carrot Puree.
Grilled Iberico Pork Rack
Delicious pieces of roasted pork rack served together with Pineapple Salsa, Honey Carrot Puree, and Avocado.
Moist and richly flavored filet served with Chorizo, Aioli, Squid Ink Couscous, Ikura, Sago Cracker.
The best ever escargot risotto beside the usual butter taste. A plate of Risotto, Piquillo, Olive, and Parsley Butter placed together.
Crème caramel can be twisted with an orange or espresso. At AGED, the crème caramel was served with Blood Orange Puree, and topped with Sesame Tuile with Balsamic Pearls.
Besides the good meat that has been aged, the AGED also having a wide range of beverages. From hot drinks until cocktails or if whiskey and brandy are your preference, they have it all.
